It’s OK to Say “I don’t know”

Celebrate what you do not know. Knowing what we don’t know, admitting it and then working on learning, is part of our effort to grow. Just like birthdays, growth in learning should be celebrated too. On each birthday we grow in age and we celebrate that, then why not celebrate when our knowledge grow or when our experience grows, or when we learn from our wrong decision or learn due to not knowing.

The first step of learning and growth is realizing what we do not know and admit it. When we try to hide what we do not know and compensate for it, in different ways we are not growing we are faking and being unfair with us by letting go the opportunity of learning.
