In life we are given many choices and our happiness depends on the choices we make.
71- Avoid confrontation at all costs or be a beautiful enemy:
Recommendation: Have courage to be honest and forthright, while being empathic and sensitive. Great friend is not a yes man, but is the one who pushes you to learn and improve.
72- Succumb to fear and insecurity or be afraid and go ahead anyway:
Recommendation: Fear is a natural human experience. no one other than the dead and the psychopath, is entirely free of fear. Courage is not about not having fear, courage is about having fear and going ahead anyway.

73- Act insensitively towards others or be nice:
Recommendation: Be nice as it is contagious.
74- Be sombre and grave or be playful and light:
Recommendation: Fun matters! Play is our fuel providing us with energy and drive. Opposite of play is not work, it is depression. Do not try to squeeze every ounce of productivity and benefit out of every moment of the day. Regardless of age play has to be a priority.
75- Focus only on the immediate or take the larger context into consideration:
Recommendation: Sometimes what is visible is not true. When possible , take a step back before taking action and look beyond the immediate. Evaluate the situation rationally and pick the most appropriate course of action. Broaden your horizon and see beyond the here and now.
76- Follow the prescribed path or Be the scribe of your own journey:
Recommendation: Listen to others but do not let them get in your way of your calling. Listen to your inner voice and decide the path to your destination yourself.
77- Focus on the negative or Focus on the positive:
Recommendation: Good and bad things happen to everyone and it is what we choose to focus on to determine your happiness. If we focus on the negative, the negative part of the reality will become strong in our head, making us miserable. If we focus on the positive, the positive part of reality becomes strong, giving us happiness. No matter how bad is the situation, we can find something good to hold on to.
Focusing on the positive does not mean being detached from reality and ignoring the problem, it is all about being realistic by not ignoring the positive which is as much part of reality as the negative. At every moment we have a choice where we place our focus and direct our attention. Bring out the best in yourself and others by focusing on the positive.
78- Rely in words or lead with deeds:
Recommendation: It’s natural to want to bring about positive change in those we care about but often we need to change ourselves, if we are to have any chances of changing others.
79- Seek validation or seek to be known:
Recommendation: To create a deep meaningful relationship, shift the desire to be validated to the desire to be known. When we open up and share your desires, fears and dreams, you risk being hurt but it creates intimacy.
80- Surrender to boredom or find the new in the familiar:
Recommendation: For turning the same old to something new be mindful about your surroundings. Being mindful is good for our physical and mental wellbeing.
