All power is from God and he makes decisions about how our life will be, but we need to be aware of our strength and weakness in order to use the resources given to us by God effectively.
If we make our life decisions based on the answers to the following questions, it will help us build a peaceful and happy life.
- What are my strengths?
- What are the abilities do I need to enhance in order to get the result I want?
- What results am I skilled at generating?
- What habits are preventing me from creating the outcomes I desire?
- In what ways do I work best?
- How do I process information?
- Do I perform best while making decisions or while advising others?
- Am I at my best in stressful situations or do I function optimally in a highly predictable environment?
- Am I a reader or listener?
- How do I learn?
- Do I work well with people or am I a loner?
- What are my values?
- What do I see as my most important responsibility for living a worthy ethical life?
- Where do I belong?
- In what kind of work environment do I fit best?
- When can I contribute?
- Based on my strengths, work style and values how might I make greatest contribution to my organization’s efforts?
- What results have to be achieved to make a difference?
Self awareness is power. We spend so much time understanding others and build relationships and we owe to ourselves to understand ourselves fully and know how can we make our life easier and fulfilling.
