Fear dominates most of our lives – fear of failure, fear of the unknown, fear of loneliness, fear of loss. It holds us back, we try to feel safe but everything is risky – action is risky, taking no action is risky, safety is nowhere.
There is no need to feel ashamed for having the feeling of fear, it’s normal and in many cases, this feeling is helpful for human being to keep themselves alive and be not extinct. e.g. if I see a lion but I do not have a feeling of fear, I will not hesitate to go close to it and the lion would be having me for his lunch.

Fears trip us in both our personal and professional lives. Refuse to be comfortable with your fear, meet it head on. Understand fear is a spice of life that makes life challenging so feel the fear and do what you are afraid of anyway.
We will feel the freedom, when we stop carrying the heavy weight of our fears. Some time we carry them for such along time that we forget that we are carrying them and feel that they are part of our personality and can’t do anything to get rid of them. But it’s not true.
From the hectic life, we have chosen for ourselves, we need to
- Stop for a moment
- Reflect
- Write down all our fears slowing us down and keeping us away from aiming high
- Intentionally work on overcoming them.
Navigating through life will become more lightweight and fun.
Own your fear and do not let your fears own you by being afraid of it. Life is suffering – to exist in this world we must be content with broken dreams and sadness and pain. Each person came with his share of sufferings and pain. Accept that it is coming and it is up to us how we manage it.
Fear ambush us mostly after some trauma or some bad experiences. Kids are fearless as long as they have not tasted or told about adversity. To get past your fears, refuse to be defined by your experience, or the trauma you have faced while growing up. Think about what you want to be defined by, when you are on your death bed. It will give you motivation, to ignore your fears that try to hold you back. Be defined by what you did, your strength, your choices when faced with adversity and your ability to push yourself beyond your capability.
I was curious if you ever thought of changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I am new at blogging and I will figure out how to make the layout better.
Hello there! This post couldn’t be written any better! Reading this post reminds me of my previous room mate! He always kept chatting about this. I will forward this page to him. Pretty sure he will have a good read. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for writing about this topic. It helped me a lot and I hope it can help others too.
I have been surfing online greater than 3 hours these days, but I by no means found any interesting article like yours. It?s beautiful worth sufficient for me. In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made just right content as you probably did, the web will probably be much more useful than ever before.
An attention-grabbing dialogue is worth comment. I feel that you need to write extra on this subject, it won’t be a taboo topic but usually people are not enough to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do some research about this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I’m very glad to see such fantastic info being shared freely out there.
