At the end of every task or meeting, make habit to reflect on the experience by asking questions listed below.

  • What have I learned from this experience Expand the view of the problem.
  • What turned out differently than I expected?
  • What one thing I should improve on?
  • What will I do differently in future?
  • What are the trends?
  • What is the future price I will gain or pay? Have a balcony view.
  • How I want future to play out?
  • How does it impact more than area of concern?
  • If I make changes here where else there will be changes? Apply systems thinking.
  • Always be able to explain why?
    • What was the plan?
    • How did I do, against the plan?
    • What can I do better?
  • For every action item or experiment, ask what question are I am trying to answer? Or What problem are I am trying to solve?
